This Anti-Spam Policy explains our strict no-spam approach and the limited, relevant messages we send regarding our dance classes in Kochi. We respect your inbox and your time, and we only contact you when it directly benefits your participation in our dance programs.

We define spam as any unsolicited, bulk, or irrelevant messages sent without clear consent. Pangeo Studio never sends promotional advertisements, third-party offers, or unrelated marketing content. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with any outside companies or individuals. You will never receive messages from us about products, services, or events that are not directly connected to Pangeo Studio dance classes and performances.
When and Why We Contact You
We only send messages that are essential for running our dance batches smoothly. This includes class schedule updates, holiday announcements, batch timing changes, workshop reminders, performance details, or important safety information. Messages are sent only to current or recently enrolled students and their parents/guardians. We primarily use WhatsApp broadcasts or SMS for quick updates and occasional emails for detailed announcements.
How You Can Stop Receiving Messages
You have full control over the messages you receive from us. Simply reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp message or SMS, and we will immediately remove you from all future broadcasts. You can also inform your instructor in person or send an email requesting to be removed from the contact list. We honor every opt-out request without question and usually within the same day.
Our Promise to You
We will never misuse your phone number or email address. We do not use automated marketing tools or purchase contact lists. Every person in our contact list has either enquired about our classes, attended a trial session, or joined a batch at Pangeo Studio. Your trust is important to us, and we communicate only to help you enjoy your dance journey better.
Reporting Concerns
If you ever receive a message that you believe violates this policy, please forward it to us immediately. We take every complaint seriously and will investigate and resolve it promptly.
